Have a great time in Tibet, Cyclo. As for altitude sickness, you must give yourself a few days to acclimatize, especially if you plan to do any hiking or trekking. Altitude is always challenging, but it gets worse if you exert yourself too much, too soon upon arriving at altitude.

No idea about drones in Tibet, unfortunately.
