Baleadas and Honduran fried shrimps are the very best. Nicaraguan fried cheese is really good ,too.

It was all fun to find and eat. Looking forward to adding a Belize section, too. Funny, I had a chance to do a deep dive into Belize cuisine visa Belize food-focused press trip at the end of last year, but had to turn it down as we were in SE Asia. A lot of long flights and layovers to make it around the world that way. The world’s big, but we’re still hungry. We’ll round out our Central America food collection one of these days.
